What Is LifeVac & How Does It Work?
LifeVac is a non-powered, portable airway clearance device designed for use when a choking victim is unresponsive to standard back blows and abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver). It uses a one-way valve suction mechanism to safely dislodge an airway obstruction — without any pushing force that could further lodge the object.
